    Out Of This World Bagel LLC has been a lifetime dream of Danny's. Originally from Vermont, Danny moved to Santa Fe with the intention to work as a physical therapist. However, Danny could not resist the prospects of starting a bagel business, especially knowing there was a lack of bagel options in and around the area.

  • Richard Perea - Santa Fe Biscochito Company

    Santa Fe native Rich Perea, a jewelry designer and chef/foodie-turned-entrepreneur.

    He started his business last summer in 2021. On most days, you can find Richard under his solar-powered food cart at the corner of Lincoln and Palace at the Santa Fe Plaza, selling his biscochitos and other signature ice cream flavors like Java chip and his Chingón Piñón.

    Richard created what has quickly become a local favorite - Biscochito ice cream, as well as the Bisookie, a Biscochito ice cream sandwich!

    In 2004 Damian enrolled at the Living Light Culinary Art Institute. Studying raw, vegan and whole foods. Damian was struck by the strength, vitality and wellness that food provides. Under the guidance of Chef Alicia Ojeda, Damian’s food elevated to a gastronomical experience.

    Chef Damian & his wife Amy are passionate about healthy whole foods and overall fitness, Chef Damian created Juicy Foods 505. Through Catering and Weekly Food Delivery, he offers delicious whole foods you feel good eating.

    Anika’s product is flavored butter that can enhance any meal. The butter can be used as a spread, to cook with or as a finisher. Her inspiration is to simplify cooking for busy families, but not sacrifice flavor and taste!

    Some of her tasty flavors are: Green, Christmas and Red Chile (great to cook an egg in), Nordic (dill/lemon, great on fish), Cardamom and Lingonberry (sweet spreads for toast) and Blue Cheese and Everything Butter (great on potatoes).

    The Prepared Meal Pilot Program is an innovative initiative. This program aims to provide convenient and nutritious prepared frozen meals to individuals and families within the community experiencing food insecurity. By offering pre-made meals, the program seeks to address food insecurity, promote healthy eating habits, and alleviate the challenges associated with meal preparation.

    We are proud to support The Food Depot in their efforts to combat food insecurity in our community.

    In 2021, The Food Depot distributed more than 8.8 million meals in northern New Mexico. Important hunger-relief work continues today.

    Ignacio (Nash) Dominguez and Matt Sheldon, aka the Brochachos (brothers + muchachos) are two best friends who met at Devargas middle school 20 something years ago and embarked on a culinary endeavor together to bring Santa Fe the best Frito pies, Chile dogs and all beef hot dogs!

    While Nash works full time for the Santa Fe County Fire Department when he's not cooking, Matt holds down the daily operations of their hotdog cart in the Candyman music center's parking lot on the corner of Calle Lorca and St. Mike's.

    Their dough takes 48-72 hours to rise. It’s a practice of patience, trust and unpredictability, paying attention to the weather, the moisture in the air and the texture of the dough. When it comes time to eat, they cook the pizza in 60-90 seconds flat in a 800 degree oven!
