You must sign our Membership Agreement and pay a security deposit of $200. The deposit is due at the time of signing the Member Agreement. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks.

All businesses must have at least one employee who has a Food Manager’s certificate as required by the State of NM Health Department.

A CRS number from the New Mexico Department of Taxation and Revenue. Apply for your CRS number online through the New Mexico Department of Taxation and Revenue.

A permit issued by the Health Department is necessary for you to operate a food-related business. Apply for a permit using our template with The New Mexico Environment Department.

A certificate of insurance showing a minimum of $1,000,000 commercial general liability. Members must have insurance for the duration of kitchen use, with The Kitchen Table Santa Fe named on its policy as an additional insured.

A business license (from the City of Santa Fe or your local municipality). Apply for your Business License with theCity of Santa Fe.
